Sa druge strane,<strong>\u00a0sve ve\u0107i broj kompanija i poslodavaca koristi dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee kako bi \u0161to br\u017ee, jeftinije i efektnije do\u0161li do pravih ljudi<\/strong>. Iz tih razloga,\u00a0<strong>profesionalci iz sfere ljudskih potencijala koriste sve raspolo\u017eive resurse<\/strong>\u00a0kako bi do\u0161li do kvalitetnih kandidata. U tome im poma\u017eu i dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee koje koriste za regrutaciju kandidata putem objavljivanja aktuelnih konkursa na dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee, ili za\u00a0<strong>prikupljanje \u0161to vi\u0161e podataka o kandidatu<\/strong>\u00a0kako bi potvrdili\/provjerili da li kandidat posjeduje potrebne kvalifikacije za odre\u0111enu radnu poziciju.<\/p><p>Prema podacima SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management, 2016)\u00a0<strong>84% kompanija koristi dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee pri zapo\u0161ljavanju<\/strong>, a glavni razlozi zbog kojih organizacije koriste dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee u ove svrhe su: dolazak do pasivnih kandidata koji ne tra\u017ee posao ili se ne bi ina\u010de prijavili (82%), ja\u010danje brenda poslodavca i prepoznatljivosti (77%), pronalazak ciljanih kandidata sa specifi\u010dnim vje\u0161tinama (71%). Do \u017eeljenih kandidata regruteri mogu do\u0107i i jednostavnim pretra\u017eivanjem kandidata putem ponu\u0111ene opcije pretrage. Sami profili kandidata predstavljaju vid radne biografije svakog kandidata, pa bi trebalo da sadr\u017ei sve relevantne podatke o radnom iskustvu kandidata, njegovim vje\u0161tinama i kompetencijama, kako bi privukli potencijalne poslodavce.<\/p><p>Tako\u0111e, regruteri mogu da vide kojim poslovnim grupama se kandidat priklju\u010dio, ko su njegovi profesionalni kontakti kako bi ih eventualno kontaktirao za dodatnu referencu. Na obostrano zadovoljstvo i kandidata koji tra\u017ee posao, i regrutera koji tra\u017ee kvalitetne kandidate, priklju\u010divanje LinkedIn mre\u017ei omogu\u0107ava pristup velikom broju ljudi, poslovima, vijestima i informacijama iz sfere poslovanja.<\/p><p>Moglo bi se re\u0107i da se dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee poput Facebook-a vi\u0161e posmatraju kao mre\u017ea za privatne potrebe koja vi\u0161e slu\u017ei za dijeljenje li\u010dnih i porodi\u010dnih informacija, nego poslovnih, te da prete\u017eno slu\u017ei za razonodu (Moj tim, 2011).\u00a0Me\u0111utim, Facebook kao dru\u0161tvena mre\u017ea se mo\u017ee kvalitetno iskoristiti za objavljivanje aktuelnih oglasa koji mogu do\u0107i do velikog broja ljudi, tj. potencijalnih kandidata, a pojedini regruteri je koriste i za dodatno informisanje o kandidatu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-da6d333 cspt-col-stretched-none cspt-bg-color-over-image elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"da6d333\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-72e4b6b cspt-bg-color-over-image\" data-id=\"72e4b6b\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9414e9a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9414e9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Poka\u017ei mi svoj profil i re\u0107i \u0107u ti ko si. Ovi izvje\u0161taji su sa\u010dinjeni od podataka o humanitarnom i profesionalnom radu kandidata, ali sadr\u017ee i sve podatke sa negativnom konotacijom (rasisti\u010dki komentari, eksplicitne fotografije, dokazi o nasilju i sl.). Naravno, kandidati prvo mora da pristanu na ovaj vid provjere, te se podaci za\u0161ti\u0107eni zakonom o zapo\u0161ljavanju ne otkrivaju \u2013 vjersko opredeljenje, bra\u010dni status, tjelesna o\u0161te\u0107enja i sl. Tako\u0111e, u 35 % slu\u010dajeva kandidat koji je razmatran za odre\u0111enu poziciju ostao je bez iste, zbog problemati\u010dnog sadr\u017eaja na svom profilu.<\/strong><\/p><p>Apsolutni eliminacioni faktori za kandidata bili su dijeljenje neprimjerenog i provokativnog sadr\u017eaja\/fotografija, zatim informacija da kandidat zloupotrebljava alkohol ili narkotike, potom kritikovanje i pokazivanje nepo\u0161tovanja prema prethodnom poslodavcu, lo\u0161e komunikacione vje\u0161tine kandidata, diskriminativni komentari o rasi, polu, religiji, te na samom kraju neistiniti podaci o obrazovanju i kvalifikacijama. Sa druge strane, kandidati koji svojim profilom ostavljaju utisak profesionalne osobe, \u0161irokog obrazovanja i spektra interesovanja, \u010dije se kvalifikacije na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama poklapaju sa onima u CV-u, HR stru\u010dnjacima su bili privla\u010dniji. Ukoliko su dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee jedini na\u010din regrutacije za organizaciju, oni koji nemaju profile na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama automatski bi bili isklju\u010deni, tj. potencijalno bi ograni\u010davali raznolikost selekcije (Potier, 2019).<\/p><p>Kada govorimo o dodatnoj provjeri kandidata na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, potrebna je posebna obazrivost. Va\u017eno je da regruteri imaju jasno utvr\u0111enu politiku o kori\u0161\u0107enju informacija sa dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea u procesu zapo\u0161ljavanja, te da se suzdr\u017eavaju od diskriminatornih praksi, tj. da ta\u010dno znaju koji su parametri va\u017eni pri takvoj vrsti provjere (Heathfield, 2020).<\/p><p>Posjeta profila potencijalnog kandidata omogu\u0107ava regruteru pristup velikom broju razli\u010ditih informacija. Me\u0111utim, upravo u tim informacijama le\u017ei potencijalna zamka za regrutere, jer je te\u0161ko dokazati da sve te informacije nisu uticale na njegovu dalju procjenu i odluku.<\/p><p>Sa druge strane, ljudi se \u010desto pogre\u0161no predstavljaju na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama. Dakle,\u00a0<strong>profili na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama ne otkrivaju nu\u017eno pravu sliku o kandidatu<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Preporu\u010dujemo kandidatima da obratite pa\u017enju na sadr\u017eaj koji objavljuju na \u201edru\u0161tvenim\u201c mre\u017eama. Iako su li\u010dni profili, i dalje su dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee. Poslodavci i regruteri vole da \u201dnju\u0161kaju\u201d, a vi ne biste \u017eeljeli da vas budu\u0107i poslodavac do\u017eivi kao neprofesionalnu osobu.<\/p><p>Regruteri, budite tamo gdje su va\u0161i potencijalni kandidati. U procjeni se prvenstveno koristite utvr\u0111enim,\u00a0<strong>objektivnim i pouzdanim metodama poput analize radne biografije, motivacionog pisma, intervjua, testova, preporuka, a neka dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee budu dodatni alat koji \u0107e prisko\u010diti u pomo\u0107<\/strong>.
