U oblasti na koju je on mislio, a to je tehnolo\u0161ka industrija, mladima se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e smatraju samo oni do 30. godine. Svi koji zakora\u010de u \u010detvrtu deceniju su stari i prema njegovim rije\u010dima jednostavno manje pametni.<\/p><p>Da li je to tako? Izraz je nastao 70 godina pro\u0161log vijeka, a skovao ga je ameri\u010dki psihijatar Robert Butler da bi opisao strah od procesa starenja (Achenbaum, 2013).<\/p><p>Starosna diskriminacija je koncept koji ozna\u010dava diskrimini\u0161u\u0107e pona\u0161anje i negativan stav prema starosti i starijima. Ne uzimaju\u0107i u obzir druge faktore, osobe se vrednuju isklju\u010divo na osnovu toga kojoj starosnoj grupi pripadaju, a starost i starenje se posmatraju kao ne\u0161to lo\u0161e i nepo\u017eeljno (World Health Organization, 2020).<\/p><p>Starosna diskriminacija postoji u svim sferama dru\u0161tva. Sa kakvim izazovima se susre\u0107u osobe 50+ godina pri zapo\u0161ljavanju danas?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Stariji radnici obi\u010dno imaju vi\u0161e godina radnog iskustva i ve\u0107e znanje o specifi\u010dnom poslu ili industriji u odnosu na mla\u0111e radnike. Ova industrija je poznata po brzom razvoju tehnologije i stalnim inovacijama, \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do predrasuda prema starijoj radnoj snazi, kao \u0161to su mi\u0161ljenja da su stariji radnici manje sposobni da se prilagode novim tehnologijama.<\/p><p>Druga oblast u kojoj je <em>ageism<\/em> \u010desto prisutan je medijska i marketing industrija ili bankarski sektor.
